Procedure for Reporting Issues

STEP 1: FIRST REPORT AND NECESSARY INFORMATION

If you notice any issues when your vehicle arrives, please reach out to us directly at Otoz.AI (info@otoz.ai).

You have 48 hours (two days) from the time you collect the vehicle to report any concerns. When submitting a report, kindly provide us with all of the following:

  1. 1. Clear photos of the delivered vehicle highlighting any damages or missing parts (showing the exact spots where items should have been). For mechanical concerns, videos are also required so we can properly verify the condition and symptoms.
    * Important: Do not remove or take apart any parts of the vehicle before notifying us.
  2. 2. A repair quotation prepared by a certified workshop or professional garage.
    * Important informal statements such as “My mechanic said it will cost $50 to repair this” sent via email will not be accepted as valid documentation.
  3. 3. Complete the Damage Report section below and forward it to Otoz.AI (info@otoz.ai).
  4. Download Damage Report:

    * Important Repairs carried out without our authorization will not be eligible for support.

STEP 2: OTOZ.AI Warranty Evaluation

After receiving all the required documents, we will escalate your vehicle’s case for internal assessment. The assessment results will be communicated to you directly via email.

* IMPORTANT: Additional documentation may be requested depending on the circumstances of the issue.

Step 3: Commencement of Repair Work

Once your repair estimate is approved, we will request that you carry out the repair and submit the necessary documents for confirmation of completion

* IMPORTANT: Please be advised that reimbursement cannot be processed by OTOZ.AI until the repair work is finalized.

Step 4: Repair Completion Confirmation and Payment Instructions

We will assess the repair work carried out on the vehicle based on the submitted visual evidence (photos and videos).

After confirming the completion of the approved repairs, we will guide you through the compensation process.

* Decisions regarding the repair method, assessment of damages or malfunctions, and warranty coverage for missing parts will be made exclusively by the Seller, who also retains sole discretion over the reimbursement amount provided to buyers.
